Found filters impacted, dual capacitor weak, contactor pitted, and immediate duct work contaminated with bio growth. Sanitized immediate duct work and installed a new pure air x to eliminate and prevent bio growth. Installed a new dual capacitor, and contactor. Customer had impacted filters in returns and at air handler. Removed 20x20x4 filter at unit and installed (3) 12x12x1 and (1) 16x20x1 in returns. Due to bio growth in duct work customer would like to get a free quote to replace ductwork. Scheduled free estimate Monday 11-1 p.m. customer has been informed we cannot complete ductwork until winter season. Recommend: new ductwork
