Units control board and relay for control board caught fire. This damaged multiple wires running to the blower motor which is an ECM motor and damaged refrigeration line insulation. This unit will need to be replaced due to the fact of it being unsafe to start replacing parts on the unit. This is not a fault of the customer this is just a fault of the equipment installed.
