Arrived at customer's house for system tune up. On arrival customer showed me to air handler unit. Opened cabinet and air handler was clean. Under evaporator coil was also clean. System has multiple returns on the ceiling. Unit was producing proper Delta T. Next went outside to condenser. Hooked up gages and all pressures and readings were of acceptable range. Capacitor within acceptable range. Contactor sending proper voltage. System not over amping on startup. Sucked out drain line and got bits of drain jelly out. for the most part drain is clear. System checks out. Talked with customer about plan and benefits but customer Believes the system only needs one tune up a year and due to how young the system is she does not expect any problems.Collected payment and signature for work performed and left. Customer happy.
