Called out today to perform a precision tune up. Checked all electronics and motor components to ensure equipment is operating within manufacture specifications. Checked filter and cleared drain line. Measured the temperature drop across the coil. Outside I removed the fan from the condenser and cleaned the coil from the inside out. Removed all the debris from the bottom. Noticed that the contactor coil is heavily pitted and buzzing. Also brought the attention to the fact that there is no drain line safety. There is a float switch in the emergency pan but I would ran catch a clogged drain line before it fills the pan. Renewed membership, replaced contactor, and installed float switch. Equipment is operating properly at this time. Thank you for always choosing Total Air!
