Upon arrival customer shower me an ac unit in the closet that needed tuned up. The evap coil is clean. Cleared the condensate line with shop vac and water. Checked all amps and volts. Found a little microbial growth in the air handler. Recommend a pure air x and customer declined at this time. Went out to the condenser and checked all amps and volt. Also recommend to customer to add a surge protector on the disconnect box to protect the condenser. Renewed membership Thank you for choosing Total Air!
