Ensure system is heating and cooling properly. A picture of the evaporator coil will be uploaded. The evaporator coil needs to be cleaned. The customers approved a pull and clean. At condenser checked pressures, temps, amps and volts. The high voltage contactor is extremely pitted and burnt. The customer approved replacing the contactor and work was complete. The low voltage wire at the condenser is deteriorating. We will need to splice the wire coming from the line-set cover to the unit to ensure no electrical shortages.
