Arrived at customer's house for system inspection. On arrival customer showed me to package unit in back. Open blower wheel cabinet and check inside. Saw bottom had a lot of water on it. Took off drain trap, vacuumed and Beat out the rest of the drain jelly caught in the trap. Unit now flowing fine. Did see some biogrowth on inside of air handler cabinet. Customer has Au V light but he does not know last time it was changed. Gave customer literature and information on our pure air UV light. With this being a package unit and stationed completely outside suggesting they get this upgrade to have a better chance of combating biogrowth and get home air quality where it belongs. Unit is producing proper Delta T. Next checked electric cabinet. Contactor sending proper voltage. Capacitor is below name plate rating. Show this to customer and explain what would happen if they allowed capacitor to completely die. Suggested they change now. Customer agreed. Changed out capacitor and started off
