Tune up/ check system. 3 ton unit less then 2 years old. Not keeping temperature and will not reach set point during the day. System has multiple issues 1. Return duct is undersized and causing unit to sweat heavily. The previous company tried to add a second return grill and duct in line with the original return. This has a highly diminished effect on the amount of the the system is pulling. This needs to be corrected to allow system to breath properly and stop sweating. 2. Split temp (delta) at airhandler plenum is 16 degrees. While this is lower then the desired split, this should be enough to satisfy the temperature. When reading Temps at the registers, the air has gained 4 to 5 degrees and now has a delta of 12. This will not reach a set point of 72 in the home. The supply duct work is picking up heat load before being delivered to the living space. Supply Ductwork should be replaced. 3 pressures seem marginally low for a Rheem system.
