Called out today to perform a precision tune up. Checked all electronics and motor components to ensure equipment is operating within manufacture specifications. Replaced client provided filter. Flushed drain lines and vacuumed clear from outside port. Drain line was heavily clogged with debris, I recommended treating the drains with drain solve. Measured the temperature drop across the coil. Outside I removed the fan from the condenser and cleaned the coil from the inside out. Found a wire rub out from the compressor. Added electrical tape to create barrier. Clients maintenance agreement is good until 2024. Will order EAC filters. Cleared drain line with drain solve. Equipment is operating properly at this time.
