System not cooling due to being completely out of refrigerant. The system is no longer under warranty so moving forward we will need to do a leak search on the system, I found signs of oil in the evaporator coil but we will need to verify to properly diagnose the system. If we go that route whichever coil the leak is present will need to be replaced and 8 pounds of Freon will need to be added to the system. Due to the age of the equipment and the condition I recommend full system replacement at this time, with a fresh 10 year warranty.
