Upon arrival customer told me the thermostat keeps going up in temperature. I turn the thermostat on and the out door unit cam on. Compressor and the fan did. I pulled the cover off the air handler and found the coil frozen and the motor not running. The motor is a ECM. I put my ECM test on and sent 24 volt to the motor and the motor did not come. The air handle motor needs to be replaced. The unit is for the downstairs. The unit is only 3 years old. Customer is wondering if it is under warranty
