All vents in home building up growth due to older duct work remaining in place with a new unit that is blowing almost 2000 cfm through the ducts mixing up all the existing growth in the unit. Customer has multiple additions on the home where duct work was just slapped on existing supply plenums and ran to these areas. Customer also has rooms that are not receiving adequate airflow. Their are supply flexes resting on return flexes. Mixing boxes not having proper static pressure to disperse air evenly and no dampers on any flexes. Supply plenum needs to be resealed properly since their are air leaks coming out. Moving forward Corey will be giving an estimate on a full duct replacement 12-2 on Friday. The only other option on this unit is to get a full duct cleaning, install a UV light, and adjust fan speed accordingly to drive any humidity down. I don’t recommend that route because this is not a for sure fix and will not help the rooms not receiving proper airflow. On top of any repair
