Same day service - above and beyond expectations! The day before Thanksgiving is no time for the water heater to fail. Robert was prompt, curtious and made sure all our questions were answered. When unforeseen circumstances caused a problem, Robert and Mike went great distances (the other end of town during rush hour) to get the needed part. We are back to having hot water. AWESOME!
