My service tech is Nick and I will always request him. He arrives per schedule, he greets you with a pleasant "Hello" and a smile. He is considerate of medical conditions, so he wears a mask. Upon entering he slips on his booties, thereby being respectful of me and my home. Nick is readily capable of answering any and all questions I may have, I truly appreciate learning from him. He is very observant, noticed I had a gas log and recommended I apply for a gas log maintenance to my Town and Country contract - I agree - Please do so for the 2022 season. Finally, as a senior, single resident of Ottawa, I appreciate Nick's attitude and abilities. He certainly does provide what is lacking with so many businesses and that is 'TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE" THANK YOU, NICK and THANK YOU TOWN and COUNTRY!
