Tuned Up Carrier Central AC system with cleaning and testing . Temperatures and pressures tested to manufacture specifications.
Tuned up Lexxon Central AC system with cleaning, parts and testing. All set for the summer.
Tested mixing valve and increased temperature of tankless water, to establish longer time duration of steady hot water temperature, during steam heat off periods.
Serviced Pensotti heating system with new Caleffi Main air vent head. Purged all zones and tested hi limit and boiler pressure.
