We lost our heat and hot water on Sunday morning of a 3 day weekend. Only waited about an hour after calling for service. Technician diagnosed the problem really quickly, but the part that needed to be replaced was not available that day. However, he quickly made a temporary fix and everything was running smoothly. The next day, by noontime, we had another service call to replace the electrical panel on our boiler. That was done very efficiently. We had 2 different technicians for the 2 separate service calls, but they were both knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and pleasant.
