I wish the price could be a bit lower but understand that at these times everything is higher. More important, Alicia went to great lengths in reviewing my situation, answering all my questions and providing the best service. She did all this with a personal touch. This means everything to the customer - keeps the customer. I have many years in the customer service field myself and recognize how rewarding it is for the employee to do their very best and the obvious benefit the company will receive. She's a keeper !
We had no heat and Brian diagnosed a bad ignition problem very quickly and replaced the ignition switch. I have not received the bill yet so I can’t comment on price but very happy with the quick service and it had to be done so price isn’t an issue.
This guy from the time he came until the time he left was a absolute genius. He was professional and confident on my Burnham LPG boiler. As a retired firefighter I saw a lot with boilers etc but today I learned a whole lot watching Brian resolve my issue! Most likely do to the town doing work on streets around me and shutting down the water system in the past multiple times dirt, mudd and just a sludge was in my boiler and pipes as well as my intake water filter system. My condensation hoses where poring our water and may have been clogged with dirt and a muddy substance but Brian methodically drained all my zones and also hot air out of system. What I thought was going to be a disaster of a issue with my boiler turned out to be a dirty,, black water muddy fix. I was amazed how black and dirty the water was . I would not hesitate to call Townsend back again as I already get my gas from them now have me as a customer in the future for boiler and ac issues. I I’ll also spread the word to my friends and neighbors about how good this company is. Especially Brian ! Thanks Brian. Very much appreciated !
The problem was discovered quickly and fixed efficiently. He was pleasant and explained things clearly.
On Wednesday the 24th of July, Mr. Brian Mustascio and Mr. Michael Manning serviced our Ductless Mini-Splits. Both men are technically talented. Our Ductless Mini-Splits work like new, again. Further, both men are of fine character. They both were extremely respectful, courteous and careful in our home. Thank you for distinguishing your service by such fine people.
Brian did a tremendous job resolving my A/C issue. He took the time, on a nearly 100 degree day, to work through multiple possibilities as to what was causing the problem. He figured it out and quickly made the fix. He was thorough in his approach and he provided me information all along the way which I appreciated.
Brian Mutascio's technical knowledge of both state-of- the- art ductless mini-split technology and legacy fuel oil/bio-fuel equipment is superlative. Townsend Energy is to be commended for ensuring quality, technical experts who are customer-centric, like Mr. Mutascio.
