The technician was very professional and informative. He walked me through the service he provided. In addition, he gave me things to look for in the event that my furnace (which is very old) shows signs that it may be failing.

It was time for a new system. We got a few quotes. Townsend was by far the most competitive. We had been with them for a while for our oil supply and the maintenance and repair services. We always found every one of their people to be extremely professional. It was the same with the installation. They showed up as scheduled. The old system was removed and the new one installed. The install team was highly qualified and very polite. All of our questions were answered completely. We would recommend Townsend for any and all services related to burners and furnaces! We were extremely happy!
