After dealing with so many companies that don’t return your calls or show up on time it was so refreshing to work with a very professional company - the team at Townsend was outstanding. They did an amazing job installing my new air handlers, heat pumps and thermostats. I especially appreciate the work they did rewiring my smart thermostats, which was very challenging. They showed up on time, kept me informed and were very respectful of my white carpets. Thanks to Mike and the team. I am moving all my heating and cooling business to Townsend.
