Customer is getting water in their air ducts and plenum box (area under furnace). We are installing a perforated sump pump pit in the garage next to the furnace. We are going to tunnel under the bottom of the furnace and install a section of perforated pipe to capture the ground water. The water will get discharged out the side of the house.
