The office staff and Trey, the technician who serviced the a/c, were polite and prompt. I greatly appreciated how quickly they were able to attend to our issue as well as Trey’s patience as he explained what was going on with the unit. I highly recommend Triple A for HVAC service and maintenance.

Trey did a good job diagnosing a heater exchange leak and giving us options. We were able to replace the heater under warranty which saved us a lot of money. Work was professional and performed satisfactory. Would have given 5 stars if Triple A proactively looked up the warranty info prior to quoting the repair. I had to look it up myself and ask that they check it which they did. Otherwise, I would have had to pay for a $1500 part. Despite that, very happy with the service and Trey and Dustin did a great job.
