I had another company I’ve been with for years on their program to check twice a year; Heating once and the AC . Our furnaces in all three of of our houses had their checks done . All were working . But within two to three hours two were not working .. The house I lived in was fixed by same company but we found out Our Son’s wife was having problems later Saturday night . We didn’t call because my Daughter in law was working early and found out our company was not working Sunday . I started looking and called triple A . Not only did they work 7 days a week they promised to get a tech out us as soon as possible . Bryan showed up and methodically checked wiring and listened to what I knew about the other company’s service . The outside unit with fan had frozen over . This is a heat pump at this house . A new thermostat had been put in the house by other company . Bryan figures out it was properly put in but not programmed properly . He had to research the thermostat to get specifics on set up then he got the units running . Heat immediately started . Bryan cleaned and rechecked while waiting to make sure all would run fine . Most impressive to me was he did not trash or blame the other company and did efficiency check complete that other company should have done Friday . We will become customers to Triple A in all our homes because of his professional service and care . Very impressed and not once did I feel like I was being told something that I didn’t trust . Thank you Bryan for a job above and beyond anything I had experienced before .
