Performed heating tuneup on two furnaces replaced air filters ,checked airflow temperatures and gas.thank you !

Performed heating tuneup fall preseason on gas furnace
Performed 32 point heating tune up on 2 systems. Everything checked out good!
12 month performance tune up on air conditioner installed last year, checked electrical capacitors motors, replace filter, check temp splits all operating well at this time. Recommended blower wheel cleaning on furnace as it has quite a bit of build up on it also recommend adding a hard start kit to help minimize the amount of power it takes to start the compressor thereby helping it to last longer.
Tuneups on 2 furnaces, cleaned burners and flame sensor checked all electrical and cycled checked combustiona nd adjust gas pressure. Changed filters.
Air-conditioning tuneup’s on three systems, replaced filters, clean condenser coil, checked electrical components and connections, cycle systems operating at this time. Replaced for capacitors that were found week
Found some loose wiring causing system to not operate properly, tightened all connections and cycled operating at this time. Completed cooling tune up including replacing high-efficiency filter cleaning condenser coil inspecting coils pressures and temperatures. Operating properly at this time
Installed new ECM motor kit customer had no cooling
Performed 32 point A/C tune up .Replaced air filter ,Checked cooling temps,Airflow and Cycled unit On/Off at Thermostat.Unit operating properly .Thank you !
