Air-conditioning tuneup a high-efficiency system, replaced filter, clean condenser coil, checked electrical components, check temp split. Advise customer to keep all supply registers open to keep the temperature split where it belongs.

Found air conditioning system not working due to low refrigerant charge, system is 20 years old with old style refrigerant, found service valve leaking refrigerant does not close all the way. Gave cost on repairs and scheduled designer to give customer a bid on replacement
