The furnace in our rental unit broke in January. We called and Jonathan showed up within an hour, diagnosed the problem, and let us know the options we had available with quotes the following day. He and the crew replaced the furnace and walked us through all the questions we had. Any furnace replacement is going to be costly, but we felt like we were given honest answers and a fair price - plus the work was done so quickly it made it much less of a hassle. Would highly recommend!

First heavy snow in November and our furnace went down while my toddler was having a cold and just started getting better. Same day we called Four Seasons and spent 85$ for them to come, the guy was trying to charge us additional 500$ for “High limit switch” tiny part. Ridiculous! I refused and searched for different company. So we found Ultimate HVAC. This guys are professionals! And guess what we paid just 100$ for that part instead of 500$ that Four seasons was trying to rip off. The owner himself was working with us. Important to mention they are honest, reliable company with 20 years of experience. (they do not try to make you replace your whole furnace or AC just for rip off, but honestly fix your problem and that’s it!) Overall I recommend them to anyone. I made sure to safe their contact info for any other Furnace/AC related issues. 5 stars from our family 🙌🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Highly recommend them if you don’t want to overpay and get your issue fixed!

These guys are true professionals. They came out to install a smart thermostat on our boiler system. Our setup was not typical and created problems for wiring the thermostat that the general instructions and setup methods did not account for. They called the manufacturer and even the manufacturer was stumped at first. But they kept them on the phone until they were able to get it resolved. Heat is working, thermostat is working, all in about 2 hours. Price was very fair! I will be calling them from now on!
