I gave a customer an estimate on a new furnace. I suggested a Carrier 96% Two-Stage 60,000 BTU Gas Furnace.
I performed a diagnostic on a Five Star AC unit. Upon arrival I found that the unit was low on refrigerant. I added refrigerant. System is operational at this time.
After removing the old air conditioner, I installed a Carrier 16 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I provided furnace tune-up and safety check for electric furnace and heat pump on Carrier system. System running at factory standards.
I installed a Five Star 96% 2 Stage Variable Speed 60,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3.5T 17" (pictured below) and a Five Star 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner for a New Albany Heating & Air customer.
