Air conditioning service and repair
I performed a checkout tune-up on a Trane air conditioner. Upon arrival I noticed the capacitor needs replacing, which I replaced, I then cleaned the outdoor coils. Upon departure system is cooling and fully operational.
I provided an air conditioning service for customer.
I performed a tune up on a Carrier Heat Pump. Everything checked out within specs. System is operational upon departure.
I found that the indoor coil is clogged, causing the blower motor to go bad and the furnace is not keeping up. I gave the customer a quote to replace the blower motor.
I performed a diagnostic on a 2010 Carrier gas furnace that needed a second opinion on the electronic damper. I confirmed the diagnosis of a bad zone damper on zone two on the front of the plenum left-hand side. I quoted the customer on repair costs.
