Austin explained every portion of the work to be done on our annual AC - furnace inspection. He pointed out a few items he observed (dust in our ducts) we scheduled a cleaning. Our service professional, Sean, arrived in the time set and very close to office phone call that he was on his way. Sean was polite and took care to wear shoe covers before entering. All work was explained and done without leaving any mess. We are very pleased with the care Sean took to complete the maintenance on our electric water heater.
