Client called in and wanted to check up on their system since I haven’t had it checked out. Checked system out clean the outdoor unit checked Freon check the capacitors amp draw’s blew condensation drain line out. Clean the inside unit out filter was clean checked indoor temperatures clean the closet. The system is working properly at this time no issues found.
Customer called in and said the outdoor unit wasn’t working properly. Check the system out found the condenser fan was locked up. Replace the condenser fan motor and capacitor checked operation of system everything is working fine at this time. Recommended the customer replaced air filter every 6 months. The filter is located in the attic but at this time the filter was clean. No weather issues were found.
