Billy was very knowledgeable and very patient. Because my unit was an older unit there were a few things that need to be modified. He had to run back to get a part that would fit. He was back in no time at all He was kind And patient and got the job done! I couldn’t have asked for a better technician. The fee was reasonable and because of such great service I signed a service contract! Thank you Vital AC!! It would be crazy to call anyone else! Beth
