Sean explained services that he says I need. I have a hearing impediment and did not hear the cost he quoted for the heating element ($750) or I would not have purchased it. Once it was installed and I found out the cost I had to make other arrangements to pay for it.

Installing 5 new Mitsubishi mini splits.
