Overall, installation went well on time, kept me inform about progress and explain what they did. Only issue was drain lines from my water softener system were removed from drain to install net drain lines for AC. Service rep said he reduced the number of lines from the AC which was good. Only problem, the drain lines from the water softener system were not put back into the floor drain. When my water softened regenerated water was discharged over the furnace room floor and the discharged water drained/flowed under the heating/ac unit and into the bedroom closet and the entry way to the bedroom and a section of the bedroom floor. We soaked up water, placed fans and increased heat to the room. It took about a week and I am 90% dry. Purchasing a dehumidifier to assist in total water/dampness removal still lingering and assist dehumidify the basement thru the summer. As far as how the a/c works, haven't needed it until probably this week. Then I can tell you how installation and performance of the unit is. I still am giving you a good rating. The drain lines was a simple forgetful mistake.
