My concern is that I truly believe I might have had equipment installed ($588) when the problem may have been a faulty regulator with our propane tank (NOT the heater/AC); the gas line inconsistency may have caused the heater problem. Instead, the technician suggested replacing the thermostat and install a surge protector. I'm not sure at this point that we want to continue service with your comany.
