We Care team arrived on time as promised (hard for others to achieve for some reason). You never get a second chance to make a positive first impression. And first impression of the We Care team is very professional, very knowledgeable, very respectful of our property, and extremely focused on details. I would highly recommend We Care to everyone.

Scheduling mix up. Tech did not arrive within the hours given. When Melvin did arrive he was very apologetic and got right to work. Pleasure having Melvin at my home. Not happy about the way your company does business.

Great Service, deceptive price

Nathan was great, he is personable and he did an excellent job. What I did not expect was to pay $250 for a filter pack. I was led to believe that filter was included in the visit, and was surprised to find out that it will be the same payment next year even though I am paying for the program for protection of my equipment. I feel I was lied too, and was deceived purposely so I would purchase that program once again. If I had know I was expected to pay when Nathan came, I would not have scheduled that appointment and I definitely would not have signed up for that maintenance program again. It like we care is getting paid twice, in fact you are! I was told this was a Christian company, but I know Jesus was not about money and ripping people off. God is generous, He gives, He loves to help people. As see it the owners of this company are greedy and lust after money, don't care about blessing anyone, they don't trust God to provide for them. Instead they gouge people who really do serve the Lord with their hearts. I hate when greedy lustful people say they are Christians, it only makes true believers like me look bad and turn others away from Christ! I had my own business and I was very charitable to my customers who were not as prosperous as myself. I understand the principal of sowing and reaping. I sowed to what God loves, People is what God loves and God blessed me for doing so. You know you can't out give God. So Nathan is great, but We Care needs to change their name to We steal or We're Greedy! But the only thing you care about is getting money for yourselves! Truth is not in your employees who set up this appointments and sell these maintenance programs either. If only I could do it all over again! I would do business with this company!

We were so blessed to have Darren come out. He knew exactly what was wrong with our heater unit.
