Eric Villalobos came out and correctly diagnosed an open wire from the attic to the outdoor unit. He explained everything and replaced the wire in a timely manner. Very professional.......

Nick is great. He has come out the last two times for our regular schedule maintenance check up and always does a great job explaining what he is doing and how everything works. Just great service.
The entire crew that came to install the A/C unit was very good. They did everything they could to get the job done and do it right. Not only did they send a crew, or two, they sent a third crew to make sure they got the job done on the same day. Very currtious and polite people. Theu went through everything with us. They also cleaned up and made sure everything was the way they found it.
Showed up within the time frame. Very professional, attention to detail, and great customer service. Nick, was right. Our AC is now running a lot quieter and more efficient.
I had Nick arrive within the time frame and ready to install a bigger intake pipe to the AC unit. Nick went up in the attic to double check the measurements. He came back and explained he had made a mistake and needed to comeback with a bigger intake grill. Since the existing smaller intake grill would not accommodate the newer bigger intake pipe. I appreciated that Nick was honest and admitted he was wrong. Nick mentioned what parts we needed to make things right. We are all human and make errors. I prefer a company that is straight up honest with me. I don't fault Nick, it takes a bigger man to admit when he is wrong, I take it as we know what we need and having to comeback with the right parts and know it will get done right. Its shows I can trust the company. That is how trust is built with customers. Thus in return we keep on returning back for great customer service. Just my opinion.
Guys showed up early. Were ready to get to work. Showed great professionalism and courtesy. Didn't feel pushed to purchase the yearly maintenance service. Both gentlemen took the time to answer the questions I had.
Chris was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. We Care is very fortunate to have him as an employee.
