Chris is a young guy but handles himself very professionally. His ran through the furnace checklist ensuring everything was working properly. We didn't experience anything negative relating to his service call. Note: the three stars for cost / pricing is a rating against the company, not Chris. $145 for a filter every time is expensive, especially when you consider we already pay for the service plan.
