For the price of the A/C and heater we should have had new wiring. The old wiring is over thirty years old. And to think I gave Angie's List a high rating for you two years ago. I think I will have to register a complaint.

This is a great company. Never having had an efficient system for 30 years, it took these guys to give me an efficient unit (heat pump) that heats and cools quickly. Having an all electric house my electric bill has been extremely expensive ($300/400). This last September my electric bill was only $173 and that was using my AC 24/7. I do not have a small house so I am extremely impressed. Thank you we care Plumbing. I highly recommend them. They might be pricey but it's worth every penny.

Had a wonderful experience, as I was expecting David to do this appointment Fernando showed up instead. As i was looking forward to David showing up because of his professionalism I was not let down by Fernando's performance and AC knowledge. It showed that Fernando went out of his way to do a through check of my system and answer all the questions I had at the same time. I had originally asked for a diagnostic of my system but ended up doing a maintenance check which basically covered the same thing and also saved me money being a member. The membership is a good plan and the services it provides covers a lot. Don't need to worry about doing all the annual checks myself and knowing it was done right makes all the difference. I have worked thus far 3 times with "we care" and I have impressed every time. They mean what they say when they say "we care" because they have always had my best options in mind. Even if it ment not getting the sale. Thanks "we care" and looking forward to my next appointment....plumbing, also included in the service plan.
