Chris and Shawn fully explained what they were going to do and made sure I understood the whole process. The worked very clean and finished the project sooner than I expected. I went with WE CARE to purchase and install a new dual AC/Heat unit in the home I bought in Hemet in 2015 as it was purported to be the best company with the best equipment. The AC needed to be repaired 4 times within the first year, it was under warranty , BUT 4 TIMES! I contacted WE Care by email from the WE CARE site. No Response Yet. I am severely disappointed in WE CARE company and their products at this time. If I had know this, I would have gone with some other company.
