The agent was on time and met the COVID requirements. He was familiar with my furnaces so he knew where to find them and what to do. He was also very familiar with my needs. I have two cats who explore every open door. I do not want them in the basement or the attic so the agent was very careful to keep the doors closed even without my asking. I appreciate this!
