I feel fortunate that Westbrook is on our side. I've always experienced polite, courteous, professional technicians and never feel as though I'm being talked down to or have my intelligence questioned when i don't know the answers - and most importantly, never judged for being female! I've encountered this with other ('your husband will know what I'm talking about,' or treat me as if I'm the 'little missy') but Westbrook has always been fair and treated me with respect.
