We had our semiannual service call and the day before that our heat stopped working. When Terrance the service tech came out we hit him with not only servicing the unit but also troubleshooting what was wrong with the heater. He listened to us, took us seriously, and took the time to figure out what the problem was when that wasn’t really his responsibility...he could have justntild us to have a repair texhncome out. We were impressed with his professionalism and willingness to make sure things were done right the first time. He also discovered what the issue was and after informing us, he called his company and set up an appointment to have a repair tech come out and make sure he was correct in his assessment. The next day Ramses arrived and professional and knowledgeable and had an upbeat sunny personality. He confirmed the problem after running his diagnostics and ordered us the correct parts we needed and returned to perform the necessary work in a timely fashion and did the job perfectly. Both of these gentleman were top quality are a valuable asset to the company they represent. I would gladly work with them again and have already recommended them to my neighbors!

Scheduling called by 8 and said a technician would be there between 10 and 12. Ramsys arrived at 11:15, diagnosed the wiring problem and fixed it, checked the system, did the paperwork, and was finished by 11:50. Ramsys was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.
