Westbrook was able to schedule an appointment a few hours after I called on the same day. The most likely reason the heater was only working intermittently was quickly discovered & resolved. Another part was seen to be on its last legs, so we had that replaced as well. All seems to be working fine now.
AC Service was on 06/22/15 - Sorry for the delay in feedback. Angie's List kept asking for an opinion, so I finally got to it today. See what I wrote below. The only thing I was ambivalent about was the pricing of the repair. Westbrook has a flat fee pricing which makes it straightforward for the repairman. But after having spent the $79 for the general service, the additional significant labor cost for the 5 additional minutes to install a $20 part seemed pricy. Otherwise I was completely satisfied. Angies Notes: Our electric company did an electric audit and predicted our AC relay was faulty. I purchased a $79 special via Angies List from Westbrook for an AC service. Matt from Westbrook did all sorts of testing of the entire unit & verified the relay needed to be replaced. They price each type of repair with a pre-determined flat rate + parts. So that was an additional $112.50 for the repair. Makes me wish we had done the service much sooner since the relay, which turned the heat on/off continuously cost us a lot of waisted electric bill dollars. Very happy with Westbrook, Matt was no-nonsense and thorough. Everything has been working well since then, much lower electric bills!
