I gave our visit a 100% approval. Thank You so much for being so friendly and for really looking for the problem and finding it. The first man inspected my furnace and gave me the warranty, cleaned and lit my pilot light as he had been called to do. The second two men came about the same noise you came for. They inspected the furnace the second time, said they couldn't find out what was making the noise and said that with furnaces this old, they usually recommended that the customers get a new one. It was easy to find that you and the first man were men that really cared about their customers. I am glad that you are working for Western Heating and Air Conditioning. Thank You, Adam. I am looking forward to having you put in the new motor next week. I feel I can trust you.
