Came to residence for prepaid WSC tune-up on an '07 Trane ac system. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon inspection of the indoor systems, I found the Aprilaire 401 filter needed replacement and I did so with a homeowner provided filter. I also found the blower wheel is getting dirty but is not too bad yet and not negatively affecting the other components or the static pressure in the unit. All other parts and measurements are within manufacturer specifications. Moving outside to the condenser, I found the electrical systems and measurements are working well and where they need to be. I cleaned off the components and the disconnect and washed the condenser. Everything is functioning correctly. See health report card for any specific information.
