Ken is an excellent technician. He spent the time to explain to us about our heating & cooling system and diagnosed and fixed the problem with our cooling system efficiently. He knows his stuff! He also cleaned and serviced both our outside and inside units and signed us up for the yearly maintenance plan. He is very nice and very knowledgeable, which is an excellent combination. He’s a great technician!
