Anthony was outstanding. He was professional, polite, personable, and patient. All the "P's" you want in a service person. The job was anything but easy, but Anthony was persistent (another P!) and thorough and got the nasty clog cleared. I'll definitely call Wolcott again thanks to Anthony's service, and I'll be requesting him specifically when I do.
