Upon arrival unit was off. Turned the shut off switch on and without any call for heat the unit started up. Upon investigation found that even with t-stat wires disconnected from the primary control it was still running indicating that the relay internally was stuck closed. Tested other controls as well to ensure there were no other issues. Replaced with another primary control temporarily until we return to replace it with the proper primary control. Unit is working properly
