My air conditioner was not working and the experienced technician showed up right on time, diagnosed the issue, had the repair items in his van, (two new fuses for the condenser) and did an overall inspection to make sure the issue was fixed and everything was working properly.

I completed a diagnostic service call on a York air conditioner. I determined that the unit was in need of a new filter. Customer replaced, I explained the importance of the filters, unit is operating properly.
After removing the Carrier air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I completed a diagnostic on a Carrier Gas Furnace. I determined that flame rollout switch was tripped and the heat exchanger is cracked. System was not operational at time of departure.
