We lost our AC on a Friday night in July. They had someone come out on Saturday to take a look. He was great, helpful and gave us multiple options to get things fixed. We decided that replacing our 20+ year old furnace was the best option. He put a quote together and got things moving for us. This was a really good experience.

I removed a Carrier Electric furnace and Carrier heat pump. I installed a Five Star Multi-Speed 2.5 Ton Electric Furnace and a Carrier 14 SEER 2.5 Ton Heat Pump. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
After removing the previous gas furnace and air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 17" and a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
After removing the Airtemp gas furnace, I installed a Five Star 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 14". Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I completed a diagnostic service call on a Tempstar air conditioner. I determined the compressor failed, customer opted to have new install.
I completed spring tune up on a Trane heat pump. I visually inspected the furnace. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked voltage and amps. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I removed a Goodman Gas furnace and Goodman heat pump. I installed a Five Star 96% 2 Stage Variable Speed 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace 4T 17" and a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I advised customer to reach out to the company that first installed their equipment to get it fixed and that if they were unable to they can call us to get the work done.
Indoor unit was working properly however outdoor unit was not coming on due to the capacitor being to low. During the real estate inspection it was recommended the customer replace it.
I installed a new Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner
Furnace Tune Up & Safety check being performed on a Rheem furnace unit.
Technician diagnosed Rheem furnace with a dirty flame sensor. The flame sensor was cleaned and now the furnace is operating properly and efficiently.
