Out regular heating and air service company was closed for the holiday and we needed service quickly. We called and had someone servicing our air conditioning system within 2 hours after our call. I completed a Half Install of a Five Star 80% Gas Furnace (Up to 100,000 BTU). The system is operational upon departure.
Upon arrival I completed a Full Install of a Five Star Electric Furnace (Up to 100,000 BTU) Honeywell T10 Programmable Thermostat; Five Star 14 SEER Heat Pump (Up to 3 ton). The system is operational upon departure.
After removing the American Standard gas furnace and air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 80% 90,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3.5T 17" and a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement cooling tune up on a Carrier air conditioner. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored system. All operating normally at this time.
I completed spring tune up on a ICP air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked voltage and amps. I completed a diagnostic on a Carrier Gas Furnace. I recommend that due to the age, condition and cost of repairs (seen and unseen) that the unit be replaced.
I gave an estimate to replace an air conditioner. I recommend replacing it with a Five Star 13 SEER 1.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Included in the estimate is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement.

I completed a diagnostic on a Lennox gas furnace. Determined that system was on lockout, reset furnace and cycled through operation gas valve would come on but igniter would not. Replaced igniter with glow fly. System was operational at time of departure.
I returned to replace OEM Direct Drive Blower motor with Capacitor on a 2004 Bryant Electric Furnace. System was operational at time of departure.
I completed a diagnostic on a 2003 York Gas Furnace. Determined that Blow limit tripped Board is burnt up and ignitor is ready to crack. I discussed with customer and made recommendations.
